*UPDATE* Rainbow Foods & My Coke Rewards

UPDATE - Rainbow DID allow the free Vault 12-pack coupon for purchasing three 12-packs. That gave me five 12-packs for $1.33 each!

Coke Rewards points are received when you take a few minutes to enter codes from 12-packs, 24-packs and bottles of Coke products that you purchase onto the My Coke Rewards website.

Here's an example of why it's worthwhile to do:

This week Rainbow has Coke 12-packs priced at 3/$10.98 or $3.66 each and get a 12-pack of Vault free (with in-store coupon)

I am not sure if this deal will work with the Vault coupon or not, but it's the Diet Coke I'm after so here goes:

Buy four 12-packs of Coke products for $14.64
Use four $1/1 coupons from the My Coke Rewards website. These cost you 35 points to redeem. You can print the coupon twice. SO, you spend 70 points and get four $1/1 coupons.
On Wednesdays, Rainbow doubles coupons up to $1 (so, $8 is taken off)
= $6.64 for four 12-packs or $1.66 each! (and who knows, maybe you'll get the free Vault too if the store allows for that).
