Walgreens Rebates - The Easy Way

Walgreens offers free-after-rebate (FAR) items every month. These items change each month.

You can find out what these items are by picking up the monthly EasySaver catalog at the front of the store.

It can be a daunting task to keep up with which items to buy and be able to keep track of them when it's time to send in for your rebate.

The easiest, simplest way to participate is to simply buy the FAR items every month and use your rebate money loaded on a gift card to buy next month's FAR items and so on and so on.

For example, this month FAR items are:

- L'Oreal Cleaners - Pay $6.99, get $6.99
- Rimmel Lasting Finish Foundation - Pay $7.49, get $7.49
- Extreme Energy 6-Hour Shot - Pay $3.99, get $3.99
Total = $18.47 + tax OOP (out of pocket - if you have coupons, the OOP will be even lower)

Submit these items for rebate (form inside EasySaver book) and select payment by Walgreens gift card. Choosing the gift card earns you an extra 10% back. Your $18.47 becomes $20.32.

Next month, buy the FAR items using the $20.32 on your card. Keep doing that every month and you will end up with many free items and not have to pay much out of pocket except for your original $18.47.

Some months the FAR items will cost more or less than what you have on your card. If it's more, you can choose to pay some money and have a larger rebate amount or you can just buy the items you want to stay within the amount you have on your card.

If you get comfortable with the process, there are many other items to buy and get a certain dollar amount in the form of a rebate.

For minimal work, this is a nice way to get lots of things free after your initial investment of $18.47.

**You can also choose to enter your rebates online HERE.

Make sure to save all receipts and circle the item you purchased on the receipt. Read the instructions in the EasySaver catalog to make sure you submit properly.
